When you hear NWO, what comes to mind? The apocalypse? Armageddon? Anti-Christ? It’s easy for these fear driven thoughts to set in with all that is coming from the many news and media outlets, social media platforms, and so on.
Over the past 2 days, my job has taken me out of the relative safety of a basement home office, to various schools that I help provide technology support for. Why, you might ask? Because like many school districts across the United States and, my home state, New Jersey, have found it necessary to resort to a variety of creative distance learning arrangements that require students to have, at minimum, the quality of technology they use in the classroom on a daily basis. During my 2 days working in various schools, I took the opportunity to snap a few photos of what life now looks like since the arrival of this pandemic to our communities:

Just 2 weeks earlier, the classroom photographed at the start of this post, was buzzing with teacher/student interactions. While i never would have imagined in a million years that my home, state, nation, and world would be at the mercy of such a contagious virus, I also have used this opportunity to rely on my faith in ways I haven’t in recent times. Your NWO, New World Order, will ultimately be decided by your perspective, and the actions that flow from it.
This impacts families in ways never before imagined by many. Good health and hygiene practices that have, at times, been taken for granted now have become a matter of life and death for the medically vulnerable, small children, and the elderly. I can certainly say that me, my wife, and our girls have had a radical change in our routines and activities due to things like self-quarantines and shelter in place in order to help “flatten the curve” as health experts and our leaders are telling us.
So, my question is how are you holding up in these rapidly changing times and circumstances? Feel free to share a comment.
Until my next post, I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers!
