Monthly maintenance plans are designed to provide customers with a proactive service intended to minimize downtime that results from hardware, software, and operating system failures.  Each system will have a small agent installed to help with software and operating system updates as well as allow technicians to provide remote support.

Prepaid Support Ticket

Available in bundles of 4, 8, and 16 hours

With the exception of quick advice calls (less than 15 minutes), prices are the same for both business and residential clients.
